Shipping Information

• Harnesses & Pet Gear: Orders containing only harnesses and pet gear are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.

• Custom Pet Tags: Please allow up to 14 business days for production before your order is shipped.

Shipping Regions
We currently offer shipping to Canada and the USA. Please note that due to recent changes in the de minimis policy, shipments to the USA may be subject to additional fees, duties, or taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Important Notice
Customers who fail to pay the required duties/fees or who reject their order upon delivery will not be eligible for a refund.

Free Shipping:
Enjoy free shipping on orders over $85 CAD (within Canada) and $100 USD (within the USA).

Free Local Pick-up:

We are currently offering free pick-up. Location is at Brentwood Mall or Willingdon Heights Park in Burnaby. If you choose our local pick-up option, you will be contacted once your order is ready.

Shipping Policy:

Please ensure that you provide the correct delivery address. Once an order is processed, we are unable to change the address. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a refund if we are provided with an incorrect delivery address.

Tracking:

As soon as your order ships, we'll send you an email with the shipping and tracking information. Using the tracking number(s) provided, you can track your order by visiting the carrier's website.
