Shipping & Pick-up

For orders under $85, there are two shipping options:

1. Canada Post Oversized Mailing – Available for pet tags and charms only at a flat rate of $5. This is sent via regular mail without tracking. By choosing this option, customers agree to waive our responsibility in case the package is lost.

2. Tracked Shipping (ChitChats or UPS) – This option is available for a flat rate of $15 and provides tracking for added security and peace of mind.

Additionally, we offer free shipping (Tracked ChitChats/UPS) on all orders over $85.

 

Free Local Pick-Up:

We will contact you when the item is ready for pick up, either by text or email. We do not have a physical store, but the meet up will be at P2 in front of "Sporting Life" entrance.
