Return Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a full refund (minus original shipping costs). Please note, we are a small business and cannot provide free returns. Buyers are responsible for the return shipment cost.
To start the return process, please contact us by email at milkie.co@hotmail.com for an RMA number.
You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return.
Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to issue once the item has been returned and received
Clearance Items are FINAL SALE. No returns are accepted.
Conditions: Items must be in the resalable condition, original packaging and original tags must be attached.
If the above conditions are not met, we are unable to accept the product as a return and a refund will not be given.
How to Start a Return
Please contact us by email if you wish to start a return. You will then be given an RMA number (NOTE: You cannot send the items back without the RMA number). Please include the RMA number with your return.
We will then provide you with shipping instructions, and customers are responsible for paying the costs of return shipping, plus any applicable insurance unless the item is defective.
Free Gift Policy
If you received a free gift with your purchase, you must include the free gift (in new condition) with your return.
Defective Items
All items are hand picked and inspected by Milkie & Co Pets before shipment to ensure that there are no damages/defects. However, if your items are damaged/defective upon arrival or the wrong item was sent to you by mistake, please contact us via email and we would be happy to assist you.
Please make sure that your email includes: Your full name, contact number, order number and a photo of the defective/wrong item.
